We helped Craft hone in on a narrow customer segment to build a core customer base where word of mouth could spread like wildfire.
I acted as a strategic partner for Craft to support growing the brand via all areas of the sales funnel. What stemmed from test paid search campaigns grew to yearly integrated media campaigns spanning various digital channels, brand strategy, and analytics as well as global marketing expansion to new regions and resulted in 40% increase in revenue YoY, a 20% increase in AOV, a 54% increase of sales attributed to marketing 45% increase of online store sessions 42% increase of returning customer rate 19% increase of total orders.
